Managing your subscription
How do I sign up for a subscription?
Simply choose your desired size and format from a tea product page, then select the "Subscribe & Save" radio button (located below the "one-time purchase" option), choose your delivery schedule (eg. 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months), then click "add to cart". You will then proceed to checkout and once you have completed the payment, your subscription will process that day and will continue moving forward for your selected delivery schedule, triggering on that same day of the month.
Do subscriptions get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $60.00. Subscriptions do not automatically qualify for free shipping. Keep in mind that for future subscription shipments to qualify for free shipping, their subtotal must meet our $60 minimum.
Can I pause or skip my subscription?
Yes! In order to pause your subscription, simply click "cancel" within the Manage Subscriptions part of your Account. Our system will save your subscription item here, and you can click "re-activate" whenever you are ready to get started again!
Alternatively, you can "skip" your subscription or change your delivery cadence or change your delivery date at any time, within the Manage Subscriptions part of your Account.
Please note that you will need to edit each subscription item individually. The settings do not automatically copy over to your other subscription items when you make a change on one item.
How do I cancel my subscription?
First, log into your account on our website, and click "Manage Subscriptions," located below your account details. Next, click "Subscriptions" over towards the left, and then click on the subscription you wish to cancel. On that screen, scroll to the very bottom, and underneath "Card on File" you will see "cancel subscription."
*Please note, that subscriptions must be canceled prior to the processing date. If you wish to cancel after your order processes, please call us at 303-444-8324 or email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
I need to change my delivery address. How can I do this?
First, log into your Account on our website, and click "Manage Subscriptions," located below your account details. Click "Shipping Addresses" towards the top of the page.
Please be sure that you are updating the address associated with your active subscription. You can see the associated subscriptions by clicking the down arrow on the right-hand side of the listed address. Here, you will find "Edit Shipping Address." Input the new address, and click save!
