Return, refund & exchange policy
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call or email us within 30 days of your delivery date so we can correct the problem immediately.
For unopened/unused Steepware, we can offer full store credit for any item, minus the cost of return shipping, within 30 days of your delivery date.
For Tea and Gifts, we can not accept any returns, as tea is a food product. We encourage buying tea "sample size" before buying them in the larger bulk sizes. Also, as a natural agricultural product, some seasonal variance in flavor profile is to be expected.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken upon use.
Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
Yes, as long as the tea or Steepware remains unopened/unused.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We offer refunds in the form of store credit.

As long as the tea or Steepware is unopened/unused, we offer refunds in the form of store credit minus the cost of return shipping. See above.
Can I return a sale item?
All sale or promotional items are final and will not be eligible for return.
